Karen P. Ryan
Poster Master General/Owner
Lured by a love of puzzles and problem solving, Karen fell in love with editing as a student at TCU (Go Frogs!) For over 20 years, she has honed her award winning post production skills in corporate America, an independent film and television house, and since 2010, as the owner of her own company, Four 3rds Creative. When she’s not perfecting at 24 frames a second, Karen spends her time torturing her husband and two boys with bad puns and trying to win over the heart of her naughty cat, Shadowfax.
Michael Ryan
Producer/Director/Owner
Michael developed a love of stories perched under Saturday morning cartoons with a bowl of cereal. Eager to get a jump start on his career, he started freelancing while taking film classes at TCU. (Go Frogs!) A strong desire to see projects through from start to finish led him to form his own company, Four 3rds Creative, in 2008. Remaining calm under pressure is his super power. Michael enjoys beating his wife at trivia, watching funny animal videos with his two boys and feeding the sugar addiction he inherited from his Irish Grandma.
Dex von Fluffypants
Chief Doggo
Dex has been a Very Good Boy since 2016, joining the Four 3rds team in 2019. He is highly skilled at disguising himself as a rug and licking all the things. In his free time, Dex enjoys cleaning the floor, belly rubs and playing with his brother, the naughty cat. He also has aspirations of joining the Olympic bubble eating team in 2024.
Ronnie Brazeal
Colorist/Editor
Ronnie is a cool breeze on a hot summer day. He has been an editor for twenty years, working on commercials and independent features. Now he’s more like a superhero. During the day Ronnie is super dad, then in the darkest of night he’s bringing color to drab videos everywhere. When he’s not creating dazzling video palettes, he’s hanging out with his family and playing a little Wilco on the guitar.
